Coopérative d’habitation Monde‑Uni

Completed for the Monde-Uni Housing Cooperative in Montréal, this projet consists of 26 highly prefabricated modular social housing units designed for families and single occupants. Built using an innovative modular construction approach, the building was manufactured in a factory in just six weeks and installed on-site within a matter of days, demonstrating the full potential of prefabrication to accelerate the delivery of high-quality housing.

This project is part of an initiative led by the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ) to accelerate the development of affordable and sustainable living environments across the province.
