A Family Story

1961  Beginnings in Thetford Mines
Paul-Émile Bonneville leaves the asbestos industry to found, with his six children, a company specializing in the sale and servicing of mobile homes.
He quickly becomes the largest seller of Bendix homes in Canada.

1977  Transition to Manufacturing
Dissatisfied with the quality of the homes available on the market, Paul-Émile decides:
“From now on, we will build our own homes!”
He acquires his first factory in Beloeil, on Montreal’s South Shore.

1980–1990  Growth and Expansion
Opening of new factories and sales offices across Quebec.
Bonneville acquires competitors and becomes a major player in the prefabricated housing industry.

1995  Innovation and Technological Shift
Creation of Bonneville’s exclusive R-3000 Construction process, revolutionizing modular manufacturing.
Bonneville becomes the undisputed leader in factory-built homes in Canada.

2000–2010  A Renewed Family Passion
The arrival of the third generation marks a new era: diversification into multi-unit residential projects, commercial buildings, and residential partnerships.
The team pushes boundaries with avant-garde designs that set new trends.

Today   A Strong and Innovative Family Business
More than 350 employees across Quebec and Ontario, working in 15 branches and two factories located in Beloeil and Sainte-Anne-de-Larochelle.
