Boréal

The Boréal is a rental residential building located in Beloeil, comprising 24 units spread over 4 floors. In addition, an underground level used as parking is located beneath the structural slab that supports the modular building.

During the project presentation to the municipal council, they emphasized the importance of the building’s integration into its surrounding urban environment.

Bonneville proposed a design with a recessed fourth floor, as the project was to be built in a low-density zoning area.

This approach allowed the building to visually integrate into the neighborhood, which is primarily composed of single-family homes, townhouses, and residential buildings with garden-level units and two above-ground floors.
