Les Habitations Bousquet

Les Habitations Bousquet is a 26-unit rental residential building distributed over three above-ground storeys, incorporating indoor parking on the ground floor.

The project is designed to accommodate a vulnerable clientele and individuals with reduced mobility.

The building includes nine fully accessible units and 17 adaptable units, designed to evolve according to residents’ needs. The adaptable units allow, among other features, the removal of base cabinets beneath kitchen and bathroom counters to facilitate use by individuals with reduced mobility. These units can also be reconfigured into standard apartments when required.

The building also features several common areas, including laundry rooms, outdoor terraces, and offices for support staff, fostering a functional and inclusive living environment.
