Cohab

Le Cohab includes 24 residential units spread over four storeys, assembled above an underground parking garage. The building is composed of 36 modules, with a total area of 37,591 sq. ft.

This project presents a replicable model that addresses housing shortage challenges. The housing crisis is a major concern, and we are proposing a concrete solution to increase the supply of affordable housing within a shortened timeframe. By integrating innovative housing typologies—such as co-living units, residences designed to accommodate remote work, multigenerational units, and some units reserved for foreign workers—this project offers a diverse range of housing types within a single building.
