Magnus

The Magnus project, located in Gatineau, includes 47 housing units distributed across 66 modules, intended for social and affordable rental housing.

It aligns directly with Bonneville’s mission: to take concrete action in response to the housing crisis by helping curb rising construction costs and, consequently, making rents more accessible.

This modular building was constructed in advance, without a designated site, allowing for a ready-to-deploy solution to be made available quickly. Its modular design also made it possible to add units במהלך the project, according to the client’s needs.
