The Notre-Dame de la Rouge Center project involved the construction of a new pavilion designed to host summer camps.
This architectural project stands out for its harmonious two-wing design, connected on the second floor by a spacious multifunctional hall — the true heart of the building and a central gathering space.
Wing A – Campers’ and Counselors’ Living Spaces
On the ground floor, 20 camper bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to optimize privacy and convenient access to services. Washroom facilities, a laundry room, and an infirmary are integrated with a focus on functional proximity.
On the upper floor, one section is dedicated to counselors, featuring 12 bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms. The other section serves community needs with a shared kitchen and dining area.
Wing B – Administration and Counselors’ Spaces
The ground floor houses the administrative functions, including offices and a meeting room.
The upper floor includes four additional counselor bedrooms with bathrooms, as well as a laundry room, kitchen, and a lounge area with access to a private terrace.
