The Technologie project, located in Gatineau, includes 48 housing units distributed across 56 modules, intended for social and affordable rental housing.

It once again illustrates Bonneville’s mission: to take concrete action in response to the housing crisis by helping curb rising construction costs and making rents more accessible.

Built in advance without a designated site, this modular building provides a ready-to-deploy solution that can be made available quickly. Its flexibility also made it possible to add units during the project, according to the client’s needs.
